The authors report on the cases where there were improvements made by the nurses involved. There were three incidents reported by the nurses: Administration of an inpatient's medication was forgotten. Medication was introduced into an oxygen inhaler by mistake. An inexperienced nurse caused anxiety in an inpatient because of lack of skill in using an artificial respiratory device. These are some of the things improved by the nurses: A check sheet as well as the traditional medication box is now used to prevent forgetting to administer medications. This gives a double check on all administration of medications. Disposable oxygen humidifiers are now used in place of traditional oxygen inhalation humidifiers.}, pages = {182--185}, title = {奥羽大学歯学部附属病院における看護師が関わるリスクマネージメント}, volume = {31}, year = {2004} }
