 note = {P(論文), There are medical accidents happening often in supplies. These accidents have happened in the pharmacy, in the ward, and in the operating room. There have been accidents in failing to give a medication to a patient, and in preparing injections and i. v. rips. The frequency of this type of accident is increasing. Injury and death have occurred to patients. Through cooperation with the Fukushima ken Koriyama Dentist Association and the Yamagata ken Yonezawa Dentist Association, progress has been made to prevent such accidents. A joint study session was held to discover the solution to prevent such accidents in the future. By discussion and Fax, pharmacy and supply mistake prevention has been discussed. In accident prevention, the medical accident prevention manual in our pharmacy is used.},
