The experiments were performed by 5 dentists with varied periods of clinical experience. Bovine dentine was used as an adhesive, while 6 kinds of bonding system were used in the experiment. Adhesive specimens were prepared at 23±2℃ room temperature and 50±5% relative humidity. The adhered area was standardized to be 6 mm in diameter by means of masking tape. The adhesive specimens were subjected to durability test by immersing in distilled water at 37℃ for 24 hours (CO) and 30000 cycles of thermal stress at 4-60℃ (TH). After completion of the durability test, shear bond strength test was performed by using an universal testing machine to determine the adhesive strength. The significant difference was then assessed by One way ANOVA. The results obtained were as follows : 1. In individual bonding systems, no correlation was revealed between the trend of adhesive durability of resin composite to dentin and the period of dentist's clinical experience. However, a significant difference was observed between different dentists. In addition, according to the type of bonding system, some differences were evident in the trend of variability in individual adhesive durability. 2. CO and TH showed a similar trend of adhesive durability in individual bonding systems. 3. As manipulation items which may greatly influence on the adhesive durability in individual processes of bonding system, handling of the air gun on the primer for drying and application technique on the adhesive were suggested.}, pages = {57--66}, title = {各種ボンディングシステムの接着性評価 : (1)象牙質について}, volume = {32}, year = {2005} }
