 note = {P(論文), We report a rare case in our clinical experience of fused tooth consisting of the left side mandibular third molar and supernumerary tooth in a 49 year old female. An operated specimen had two crowns and fused every three hard tissue of a tooth. By the X-ray photo findings, it had a jointed pulp cavity in coronal part but separated two canals in root part. In these seventy years, only 39 cases (including one case occured on both side of mandibular and our one case) of fused tooth consisting of third molar and supernumerary tooth were reported, and it seemed our case was rare.},
