 note = {P(論文), The purpose of this study was to extract items that are difficult to understand for health insurance treatment. 34 clinical training dentists were investigated in 2005. The lecture was executed 6 times 3 times in the first half and 3times in the latter half. The pretest and the post test of basic items of conservative dentistry, prosthedontic dentistry, and oral surgery were executed, and the understanding levels were evaluated. After post test, 5 items concerning difference between academic validity and uniqueness rule of insurance, and 4 items concerning with calculation of insurance points had low correct answer rate in total 30 items. It is thought that the rule of health insurance treatment can be acquired more efficiently by emphasizing the extracted items in the lecture.},
