The endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, Golgi apparatus and F-actin were labeled by commercial fluorescent probes and investigated by confocal laser scanning microscope. We showed that fluorescent images of some organelles were altered because of morphological changes after laser irradiations. Many mitochondria were accumulated at one fluorescent globe in the terminal and in the varicosity accompanied with shrinking neurites. F-actin composed of the spinous fillopodia were collapsed and detached from the extracellular matrix after laser irradiations. On the other hand, fluorescent images of the Golgi apparatus and the endoplasmic reticulum showed no significant changes before/after laser irradiations. This paper demonstrates that laser irradiation on nerve cells makes morphological and functional changes of the cytoplasmic organelles.}, pages = {27--38}, title = {低出力レーザー照射が神経細胞の細胞内小器官におよぼす影響 : 特に共焦点レーザー顕微鏡による観察}, volume = {34}, year = {2007} }
